The Book


My book, “EMPLOYEADERSHIP - on roles, arenas and influence in the management system” will be published in Swedish later this year. It has been growing in my mind for quite some time when I have been turning questions and perceptions about leadership and management work inside-out. 

The underlying question I am asking is whether it is possible, and if so how, to reduce the influence of our “ego” and design our working conditions and mind-sets to instead serve what is bigger than our self-interest. The basic structures in a management system are high-lighted as arenas where both the leaders and employees work and try to make a difference. The bottom-line is to review the interdependency between the two roles and arrange the system so that we minimise to act and take things just personally.
