The idea is to investigate whether or not a mental step forward is desirable and would add value to the two traditional opposite roles of leader and employee.

Is it perhaps time for a mind shift on how we look at our work and how the space of influence is organised in modern organizations? In the business literature the role of the leader often seems to be over-estimated when it comes to motivate the employees to do their best and ultimately create value. Leadership needs to be understood and described from a point of mutual influence between leader and employee.
